Common questions
Does Steady require an account?
No. Your journal is stored locally on your device.
Does Steady need calendar access?
No. Calendar-aware planning is optional, and manual planning remains available without it.
Can I turn off AI assistance?
Yes. AI assistance is optional and can be changed in Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Open Steady’s Settings and use the delete-all-data control. This permanently removes goals, commitments, reflections, and reviews from the device.
